For your peace of mind and in compliance with the distance selling law, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, if for whatever reason, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding P&P costs) returned postage must paid for by the buyer. You must inform us of your intention to return the item before you return so it can be authorised.
If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit or is faulty, please notify us with 24hours of receipt so we can take this up with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases you will need to return the item back to us however if pictures of damaged are provided a pre paid returns labelwill be provided at no extra cost. We reserve the right to have any faulty items tested by ourselves or the manufacturer before issuing a refund or replacement part.
All items being returned must be authorised first and sent back to us with proof of delivery so please contact us before you return your item. The item must be returned in the original manufactures packaging or box. Unwanted items must be returned back in the original & resell able condition. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Any return postage costs will not be covered as the buyer pays for the return postage costs. Any return postage costs that is refunded is at at our discretion only.
