All items are despatched from our UK distribution centre based in Glasgow.We use respected couriers only - Royal Mail, Whistle, Hermes, Parcelforce, Fed Ex & DPD. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 working day of confirmed payment. Larger & more expensive items will be sent through a trackable service.
Express next working day delivery option is also available upon request for an extra charge please get in touch by calling Customer Services for details before ordering.
Any orders received before 12pm on a working day, will be despatched the same day (Mon - Fri).
All items are despatched safely and securely to limit and prevent damage.
All items will include a sales summary of your purchase.
Weekend orders including bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
All items are shipped in manufacturer supplied packaging. Delicate or fragile items are packed separately and sent through a trackable service. Customers can request extra-packaging to be used for their purchase (please check at time of purchase) for a small fee.
1.) How long will it take to get my item?
- Please check the listing for method of despatch. For Royal Mail , this can take up to 5 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment. For Hermes tracked, this can take up to 3 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment. For our express courier services, this can take up to 2 working days to deliver, from date of cleared payment.
2.) I've not received my item, it was despatched by Whistle or Royal Mail , what do I do now?
- If your item was despatched with Royal Mail standard parcels, this is an untracked service. If 7 days have elapsed, check with your local sorting office, they may have your item. If the item is not at the sorting office, the item will be returned to us - this can take up to 15 days after notification to us. We cannot replace or refund any item unless these timescales have passed.
